Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, the same cannot be cancelled unless it has not been shipped. If not shipped, the team can process the cancellation request and refund the amount paid within 7-14 business days. Once shipped, the customer has to request for a refund or an exchange.

Refund Policy
All Refund Requests will be accepted and processed if the request for refund is placed within 24 Hours of receiving the product. If the product is damaged during delivery, the same can be exchanged by our team. A reverse pick up of the damaged product will be initiated and a new product will be dispatched in exchange for the returned product.
Please note all Refunds and cancellations will be done at the sole discretion of Vedan.
